The delivery for foreign countries takes up to two weeks.

Please check at my account (if you have created one) if you have the correct email address.
Check also your spam folder. You get your bill by mail.
I bought a voucher and must pay postage?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to arrange individual items as free shipping.
So if you bought only a voucher we will refund the shipping.
Please send us an email through your account. You can find this information next to the product too.
How long can I return my order?
Usually within 14 days.
Please note that the items MUST be unworn and the same way that you got them.
