3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.

We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately.
A binding contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

The above limitations do not apply to claims arising from injury to life, body or health.

If the customer is a consumer, mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
