8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
The above limitations do not apply to claims arising from injury to life, body or health.
