Shipping

We currently ship within Germany only.

Shipping costs are €6.50.

Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time

Your order will usually arrive within 2–4 business days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Important Information

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.

In rare cases, delays may occur with the shipping provider. If your package is taking unusually long to arrive, just get in touch with us – we’ll look into it for you.

Gift Vouchers

Digital vouchers are sent via email free of charge. For printed vouchers sent by mail, the shipping costs specified on the voucher apply.

If you order only a digital gift voucher and are still charged for shipping, we will of course refund the shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
