Where is my order?

Please send us a message via the contact form with your name and order number.
We’ll figure it out together.

Make sure you entered your address correctly.
Sometimes delays happen with the postal service and packages can get stuck.

Please note that international shipping can take up to two weeks.

Where is my invoice / order confirmation?

Please check your account (if you created one) to make sure you entered the correct email address.

Also check your spam folder – maybe we ended up there or your inbox is full.

Invoices are not sent in paper form, only via email.

I bought a gift card – why do I have to pay shipping?

Unfortunately, we can’t set individual items to be shipping-free.

If you only purchased a gift card, we will refund the shipping costs.

Just send us a message via your account (if you have one)
or email us your name and refund details.

You are purchasing a digital code – this is also mentioned on the product page.

How long can I return or exchange my items?

Usually within 14 days ;)
